In addition to that record of growth, we aim to pay an annal dividend of at least 4% of our Net Asset Value - paid quarterly. And importantly, our dividend policy is to maintain or increase the dividend each year. This allows shareholders the potential of the minimum amount of quarterly income on the day of purchase!
OK, but how risky is it? Every investment comes with risk, but our diversified strategy means that we are invested in over 500 companies with around 80 carefully selected Private Equity managers, reducing risk and helping us find the best small and mid-size companies that the managers consider attractive. We do not put too many eggs in one basket.
