The First Sentier Global Listed Infrastructure Fund aims to achieve an investment return from income and capital growth over the medium to long term (at least three years).
The Fund invests in the shares of companies from around the world that own or operate infrastructure assets. The infrastructure sector includes utilities (e.g. water and electricity), toll roads, railways, airports, mobile towers, data centres, and oil & gas storage & transportation. We invest in the companies our societies are built on. These are companies solving for the world’s long-term challenges such as urban congestion, digital mobility, and the energy transition.
Our team has an average of over 15 years' industry experience, with complementary skills and a diverse range of backgrounds. We carry out over 500 company meetings each year, both with company management and with their suppliers, customers, competitors, regulators, government officials and industry bodies. Launched back in 2007, our strategy has one of the longest track records in its asset class.
